Our Denver Community

Community is a fundamental part of my business and personal life.

My wife and I have committed to growing connections locally by starting a Facebook group for our neighborhood, hosting community events and encouraging conversation and connection with one another. We are also involved in charitable organizations from pet rescue (including our own two pups) and serving the Aurora community by donating to local charities to help those in need.

I’m Henry Schroeder, the founder of Waypoint Mortgage. With a background in financial advising, business leadership, and general contracting, I bring a unique perspective to the mortgage industry. Before launching Waypoint, I was a Series 7-licensed financial advisor, a general manager in the restaurant industry, and the owner of Hammer & Beard, a remodeling company. These experiences shaped my ability to think critically, solve problems, and build lasting relationships—all essential qualities in helping my clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Real estate runs deep in my family. My wife is a dedicated real estate agent, and together, we’ve helped countless families navigate the journey of buying, selling, and improving their homes. We share the same core values and an unshakable passion for helping people reach their goals.
